What Is A Try-On Service?
If you wish to see one of our dress styles in person before placing a custom order, this service is the perfect 'fit' for you!
Our at home Try-On service not only allows you to see our beautiful craftsmanship in person, but also helps you envision how you'll look and feel on your wedding day. This service is perfect for bridesmaids, a mother of the bride, brides and woman alike who are considering ordering one of our Custom-Fit dresses.

Please do contact us first, so that a member of our team can make sure we have an available sample to send you in the dress that you're looking for. If one is available, we will arrange a Try-On service for you.
How It Works:
You'll be provided with a specific payment link or directed to the appropriate product listing to order your Try-On service.
We require you to complete a refundable purchase of the dress from our website for your Try-On service. This purchase will act as your deposit and will be refunded back to you once the dress is returned (see details here). Once the payment is completed we will ship the dress to you with a tracking number.
We trust that our dress samples will be in safe hands while it is visiting you, however customers are responsible for keeping the dress in the same condition that it was received while it is in their possession.

After my Try-On service, can I request any customizations to my dress?
Yes! If there's anything you'd like to alter or change about one of our dresses please let us know. We are always happy to accommodate custom design requests and modifications and we'll always let you know if we feel any changes may compromise the fit or integrity of the silhouette.
What kinds of customizations can I make to my dress?
We welcome any/all of your ideas so that we can help create your dream dress! Typically we can easily accommodate any requests to modify the following; hem length, sleeve length, necklines, adding/removing pockets, adding/removing a ruffle, simple skirt silhouette changes, adding/removing skirt slits, etc. Any significant modifications to the silhouette that may require further pattern drafting will be priced accordingly.
Once my Try-On order is returned, when will I be refunded?
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days of delivery at By Catalfo. Once your refund is processed you'll receive an e-mail notification. All payments are refunded back to the original payment method.
How long may I keep the dress with my Try-On service?
We ask that all dresses are shipped back to us within 48 hrs of receipt. Please e-mail your post-dated proof of shipment with a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org once you have completed your return.
What happens if I'd like to keep the dress longer than 48 hrs?
Unfortunately the number of our available sample dresses are limited at this time. If you'd like to keep the dress longer than 48 hrs you may loan it at a rate of $45/day, unless otherwise approved by By Catalfo. If your return is not submitted within 48 hrs of receipt you will automatically be charged at this rate which is deducted from your final refund.
I live Internationally, can I order a Try-On Service?
Absolutely! International Try-On orders will be treated the same. We understand shipping may take longer, depending on your geographical location. We prefer to use express couriers to ship Try-On service orders beyond the USA as with standard postal services, packages can get lost or held in customs for too long which isn't a great experience for our clients waiting for the dress to arrive, or who may be waiting to try the dress next. For returns sent internationally we will provide a return shipping label with an express courier. Please note, return shipping is deducted from your final refund.
